Ground floor 3 car garage around 800 sq. ft. and jadu around 400 sq. ft. ( was converted from one car port. at the upper floor 1200 sq. ft. ADU

for the living room and kitchen stairs and bathroom is 22ftx18 ft this is the new part. since it is attached, I took one of the existing bedrooms as the bedroom for the ADU. since I did not have more room to extend at the rear of the main house
