Sorry for late reply. There is no international sales system that I use. However, if you trust me and transfer money directly to my account first, I can send the product by international courier. The sale price is 300 USD each of the three. (Excluding courier fee)

Sorry for the late reply. The template doesn't matter as long as you know the center wheel and blade size. However, a specially designed jig is required to machine the wheel that holds the blade.

Sorry, but I created it by looking at KZbin and imitating it without a template. It is a little difficult to balance at the completion stage, but you can correct it little by little.
