Bro maine bhi S23 liya tha BBD sale me 2 days pehle hi aya tha yeh same problem hui thi jab bhi camera ko long duration ke liye use kar raha tha ...maine samsung ke service center visit kara and unhone koi software update/modifications kari then sab perfect hogaya....please visit service center asap and tell them its a software issue rather than a camera module issue ..hope this will help you guys
