I know for a fact that if you make this dish, you never leave the head on. It's a no no. If you're eating it right then, then it's okay to leave the head on. Although Chef Rego taught you this recipe, you make it totally differently.

The can opener is literal design excellence. I have had a SAK since I was a kid. Whenever my kitchen can opener fails, or the can is heavy duty so a normal can opener wont work, you can 100% guarantee that you can bust out your SAK can opener tool and it will finish the job perfectly. It is slower and requires a little bit of practise, but once you are used to it, you have a can opener that will literally open any food can under any circumstances.
