I applied for the EngageCX position; however, my ping is too high. EngageCX requires a maximum ping of 10 and my ping is 20. I reached out to my internet service provider for assistance and they said 20 is completely normal for a residential account, and if I need a ping of 10 I would need to open a business account. I can’t afford to open a business account. Did anyone else experience the high ping issue? If so, did you find a way to reduce it? Please advice; I really need to work.

From what I read, 20 is an excellent "PING". I'm not sure. Maybe you can join the live stream on Wednesday or Sunday evening around 9pm EST Tangie is a tech lady, she would be able to explain it to you. Good luck to you 🤞🏼🙏🏽🤞🏼
