Apologies to Phoenix, I missed a setting in one of the scenes that had a sound lag :( Very thankful for the time and meaningful commentary Aless and Phoenix gave here to support Learning Communities.

Interesting to see when the wireless mics are dimming or cutting out. Sorry for the loss of fidelity when that happens, still exploring the equipment capabilities.

Well I figured out why the sound felt so quiet the last few weeks. When streaming with OBS, it was only taking two of the 5 channels I was trying to mix with our donated Xenyx 1204 mixer. I have to create separate audio inputs for every two channels 😩 Rant over .....

Will there be any ethereal campaigns over the summer??
@GreggFieldsonWriting
@GreggFieldsonWriting 6 ай бұрын
We took a break and did a spin-off yesterday because two of our players couldn't play. However we will be back to the ethereal campaign with the level 12 in about 2 weeks. I've been holding off partially because I was sick and partially because I wanted to reveal an epic airship battle in the next session.

It is interesting, of the way you explain routines when we do a action that is consistent, that represents on more so comparison of “The Matrix” presence that we use technology our phones, and computers but we are stuck in the program. The analysis is excellent, that we use in daily lives.

Hello, l am 16 years old, and l want to be an ethnographer. But the problem is that in the future l might not be able to research some ethnics that l am interested in. For example, ethnics in Afghanistan attract me. However, it is very difficult, or even almost impossible to go there. As l know, an ethnographer have to talk to leader of village, where people live in almost full isolation from modern life and collect much information about that nation. Possibly, l won't have that opportunity to do the research in Afghanistan. Should I just focus on other ethnics in the future? Because most members of ethics of Afghanistan live only there, in Afghanistan and l won't be able to find members of nations, that we can meet only there. Do ethnographers have got such problems? What do you think? Sorry, if l have got mistakes)

These are good questions to be asking at 16 years old. I applaud you. Keep in mind that an ethnographer is just anyone who studies any culture. This means you can study the cultures you have access too for sure. If you are drawn to a specific culture or people group, it can take some work to figure out the best way to gain permission and access. Here in the United States, we have specific laws and research expectations when it comes to studying "human subjects," but every culture can be a bit different. Some groups of people might require that a researcher show respect or understanding of certain practices, so you have to do some pre-research sometimes to gain access. Some cultures are dangerous to outsiders depending on the socio-political atmosphere. Maybe as a place to start, try practicing seeing the cultural patterns of the place you are now. Look at how people do things and get in the habit of asking "why do we do what we do?" and "Why do we do it in a certain way?" If you can learn to see the different motivations in the cultures you are already a part of, you will build good habits for study cultures you are less familiar with as well. It is always good to also keep an open mind about new things or ways of understanding the world. Studying culture reminds me often that I can understand a practice even when I don't necessarily agree with it.
