Actually, the real reason is probably because it didn't fit the theme of Tomorrowland. A bunch of animals singing good ol' american music and going through the history of the country, doesn't really fit with all the high-tech futuristic type stuff outside. even if it's inside the Carousel Theater. So they decided, once it was closed, they can recycle these animatronics over to Splash Mountain.

Oh man, I remember how frustrating it was when nobody understood my incoherent nonsense during my episodes. I have been diagnosed with bipolar 1 with psychotic features and this really hits close to home, I’m just super lucky to not be big on social media.
