As a neighbour im painting my house a reflective neon orange, putting up decorations that scream loudly at you whenever you are in your yard, i would find out when you alarm goes of and play a recording of your cars exhaust 30 minutes befor your alarm goes of and at random intervals in the middle of the night, to make you think you car is getting stolen 😂

So which do you pick? I just found your channel from your GT500 review, I’d like to hear your thoughts between the two. I’m a huge BMW enthusiast but have always had a craving for the 13/14 GT500. I sold my E92 M3 about 5 years ago due to back to back issues and the lack of low end torque got annoying. I’ve since kept my E60 M5 which ironically has been much more reliable and has noticeably more torque than the S65 in the M3. The GT500 I’m looking to buy this week unfortunately the dealer is a consignment dealer and do not allow test drives, so I can’t get a feel for the handling and driving characteristics compared to the BMWs. But driving with the salesman I can say the V8 is just as intoxicating as the M3, minus the crisp DCT shifts. I will say I really miss that transmission. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Just subbed by the way, keep posting the GT500!

@@AlexGray after driving both I would say both v8 engines sound great. The gt500 has a lot of torque 631 tq on 13/14 models. You’ll definitely enjoy to power. From a driving perspective the m3 drives nicer on corners the gt500 better in straight line. The mustang has electronic adjustable dampers and steering feel and paired with the manual transmission I think it’s an easy choice to give up the dct and go with the mustang. Mine makes 770 wheel torque and 720 wheel horsepower

Do you happen to know the decibel level in the cabin with the windows up? I’m looking at adding an Off road H pipe to my Roush Extremes. I know it’s a different axel back, but I’d guess it would be about the same level. When just cruising or on the interstate I want to be able to have a conversation or listen to music. Thoughts?

@@Muzik80 it’s loud and in my experience I have to speak up a little to talk or turn up radio volume a little more than normal. Nothing crazy but I’m not a huge radio person to begin with

I bought off a guy fb marketplace. It’s comes in two sizes. One for stock exhaust and the other if the vehicle has longtube headers

Wow thats my dream car too. Congrats! The open grills always scare me - rocks and bugs on the engine cooler parts. But I could live with that if I owned a 14 one. I got a head unit with a back up cam for my 07 GT500 - also u can get a front cam to protect the front splitter. License plate cams are the easiest.

I wanted one so bad. Actually, I still do. I test drove a loaded 16 GT and then the 500. I was shocked at how much nicer the S550 felt. It was just a nicer place to be. Logically I had to get the 16 car. All my car needs is boost, but I feel like that makes me think the 500 will be the better choice. Oh m sure I made the right purchase, I’m just reluctant to add boost. The 500 was built for boost…

2015 and newer really modernized the platform and updated the interior. The 500 is the last raw “muscle car”. You do feel a little bit special when sitting in a 500 because you know what it is
