When the lead unfolds into the third section of his solo at 3:36 forward is a seriously great point in a superb total performance by superb musicians IMHO

Bravi! What era is that Cherry Casino Hamish is playing? I loved seeing AWB when they played the Troubadour. I sat next to Cher and the place was rocking. That album was new and on everyone's turntable. Hamish, is that an early US Casino or a Peerless Korean era? It proves its mettle in this setting. I love Casinos to distraction and have many examples of the different eras. My main one is a 2003 Peerless. I feel the Fabs loved the Casino, since it played like an acoustic.

It doesn't get better than seeing Greg and the band, live! In the meanwhile, why not join us Gristle nuts on Mondays and Fridays for Greg's livestreams on the Greg Koch YT channel? 5:00 Eastern Time is GRISTLE time! 🔥🔥🔥

Put some headphones on and listen to this video. There is an annoying something going on in the background sounds like buzzing. I hope it's not the mic quality.

Come on the live stream, especially on Fridays (Mondays are often acoustic), and Greg will be happy to go through them! 5:00 Eastern every Monday and Friday 🫡

I think he is one of the most inspiring playerw of this decade. His playing is absolutely mind blowing. Without internet he would remind on the shadow. Much better playing than Bonamassa.

This guy is as great a speaker/ talker/ thinker as a player. He should be vice-president, and play gigs on the side. He has humor on his side. They’re like brothers. He could have been a multi millionaire writing about anger management... AI’ing this man won’t work: he’s antivenin for algorithms, because he’s rhythm. He should be president. But his gender doesn’t fit just now. That’s ok. Can you imagine? House gig by the president every friday afternoon? War efforts would meld: all the psychopath worldleaders working on their chops, chords, scales and humor for the live feed. You can’t outdo this humanoïd... Teacher algorithm, jedi-upgrade. Get yours!

Greg is a truly unique player, but his music is so richly imbued with a Classic Rock sensibility, and he visits familiar haunts that have echoes of 'Klooks Kleek' era Rock/Jazz elements, and not only knows Derek & The Dominoes tracks, he invokes that same spirit from musical history-he is a kind of Surrealist uncle who understands everything, he is a mystical guitar man who cracks you up when you have only drunk a cup of coffee - defying easy definition, confounding the glib musical journalist who wants an easy explanation, you need to spend time with Greg's trio in the 'Orange Room' to really get it. A wonderful bunch of brilliant musicians indeed.

I've searched the comments but cannot find my answer... What are the name of the background singers? They are all very good. I agree they're not as good as the prince's trust 2004 version, but still pretty damn good.
