I have been having random freezes since like 5 years ago, game seriously became garbage. Smite devs/support won't even answer to these issues. I'm one of the oldest players, played this shit when nobody even heard of it, now I can't even change my fucking profile icon. Actually, I can change icon or other stuff, but only once, after that if I want to change icon, voice pack, loading frame or anything else, it won't change shit until I restart the game and then I'll be able to change only 1 thing again. Smite community is full of retards telling me to get better PC as if that will fix anything. I have pretty fucking strong PC, can run any latest shit on max settings no problem, but this dumb motherfuckers tell me to get "better" PC. Idk whether the game works fine for them, or are they just so aggresive because they put money into this garbage that is only dying.

Overall the game has only really been on a steady decline for the past year and a half according to steam charts and it hasn't even reached lower than the games career lowest so far so until it dips below 10 k average players I don't think the game is "dead" or really even dying, people like to throw this term around to cope and end their addiction to this "dying" game.

Haven't played Smite in 3 years.. and it's only gotten worse since I left. Seems like only die hard cash shop whales keep this game on life support. Been playing LoL recently.. and to be honest it's not really anymore toxic than Smite players. Wish I would've switched mobas long time ago.
