@@maryjaneclaydon adhd. My mum and sister are adhd, they’re both very messy with scatty minds. Wow 17 years in a tent. We’re all good over here, heading into the strange and magical. I did a book recently actually, turned it into a video on my channel (like my other art videos), it’s called “The Rose Bride”, it’s about steps towards creating a better world founded on wisdom. Yea we’re all definitely becoming more grey (I like grey hair, I see it as wisdom and experience, the silver lining of aging).

@@jamesskinnercouk strange and magical sounds fab!🤩 I will see if I can find your book. Golly I can't tell you how totally inaccurate I find the Attention 'Deficit' thing to be! It feels far more like Attention 'Abundance' and seems to me that just as Nature is completely interconnected, thoughts come out like webs, interlocking patterns. The whole linear thing is so unlike Nature, diverse, abundant, endlessly creative in all directions at once.....I suspect that neuro 'typical' is actual probably pretty unusual! 🤣 So lovely to reconnect with you!

Idea! Look deeply into anything at all, contemplate its structure, its origin, its journey, functionality, let your mind be blown wide open with wonder at the smallest most everyday thing :)

Yea coming back to presence here and now. The clip of you in the night reminds me of some journeys (inner journey) I’ve been having with ceremonial cacao, I end up meeting a shamanic fairy that dwells underground, she has a giant tarantula as a helper (bigger than me), scary and safe and wise.

Even though I’m not a women I found this really interesting, Charlottes got an interesting book “women who run with wolves” (I think that’s what it’s called), it’s a very deep book on old mythic tales, it’s about the initiation of a young girl going through the trials of life, but in a weird story format (I think it’s that any way, my memories bad).
