EDIT...OP Deleted my further replies. REPLY...below. I remember when Spring Bank was a really nice road. Great variety of English shops a row of large, smart, Victorian houses. Ĺots of quiet side streets with rows of large terrace houses. Groups of kids playing, people sat on the front step. That was 1987 before the unsustainable influx started. Now it is a $hit Hole. Completely over run by a certain group of diversity. Financial help to open shops has resulted in a complete takeover. The myriad of back streets full of Asian, Polish and Turk Drug Dealers and gangs. And Daily congregations gather outside Britannia House. Meeting those living in large buildings and Hotels in the City Centre. Beverley Rd, Princess Ave and Newland Ave are exactly the same now. Pearson Park is full of immigrants trying to push themselves onto young girls meeting friends there. And after dark it is known as a no go zone. The whole area has gone drastically downhill.
