How does one turn on the Eurochef EG76 oven.? I want to assume it is a gas oven

Just turn on the Knob for the oven. If there is an E at the end of your oven model number like this (EG76-4G-E )that means that it is an electric oven if it has a G at the end like this (EG76-4G-G)instead of an E that means its a Gas oven.
