jumps ahead too fast, very difficult to follow. Even If I go back a step or two, you get to a point where you have no idea how they created that point.

One, he’s going too fast.. even if you slow it down, 3/4 of the time his hands are in the way.. and three, he makes many false folds to throw you off before finally making the actual required fold all covered under his fingers..

If you click the gear in the upper right corner there's playback speed in the options. You can slow down the video that way if you need to. I find it really helpful on videos like this :)
