I’m working on everyone dies trophy. Is it possible to still save the wolf and get the everyone dies trophy? Because I’ve been told in order to kill everyone, you have to miss every quick time event but I want to make sure which quick time events I can pass just to keep the wolf alive.

Ya, it is. It's one from a smaller indie gaming studio called Invader Studios and took a lot of inspiration from games like Resident Evil and Dead Space. It's actually not bad, quite fun. ^^
