Cycle Speedway specific frame, Archie Wilkinson, Pedal Power or Meilec to name a few. Wheels are 26" or 27.5" MTB wheels. Gearing is roughly 34 on the front, 18 on the rear but is changeable.

A bit harsh for me. Given the conditions it's probably dangerous but as there's nothing in the rulebook to say you can't, I'd give a warning first to make expectations clear
