Rhetro Chips thank you so much ! Much obliged. Yes, I started playing the piano about 10y ago, when I was 40ish :) joined then the paris college of music and learnt music theory and the piano for about 6 years. Now composing and playing :)

In 1962 Bud was on his peek when it comes to speed and swing imo. If I'm not mistaking he recorded Blues In The Closet, a live performance with Mingus and a live performance in Paris in the same year, all of which recordings are superb.
