recently used the packers and movers service through NoBroker for a short-distance move in Gurgaon, and it turned out to be an absolute disaster. My belongings, including my 50-inch TV, were severely damaged due to the unprofessional and careless handling by the movers. Despite repeatedly highlighting the need for proper handling, my items arrived scratched, broken, and in terrible condition. The most frustrating part is how this issue has been handled by the NoBroker team. Initially, they promised to cover the full repair cost, but after providing them with repair estimates as requested, they completely backtracked on their commitment. Their agents have been giving me conflicting information, and one even made rude remarks like “1-2 kms doesn’t make a difference” when I raised concerns. To make matters worse, the personnel sent for the shifting were unprofessional, and I didn’t feel safe around them as one of the movers seemed intoxicated. After 20 days of chasing them with multiple follow-ups, they offered me a compensation of just INR 5,000, which doesn’t even cover a fraction of the repair costs. This is not about money anymore, but about the sheer lack of professionalism and accountability from NoBroker’s side. If you’re considering using NoBroker for your move, think twice. They charge a premium for what they claim is a professional service, but the experience was worse than what a local vendor would provide for a fraction of the cost. I strongly urge others to avoid this service unless you want to risk damaging your belongings and dealing with unresponsive support. I’m extremely disappointed and hope NoBroker will reconsider their approach and ensure no other customer has to go through such an ordeal.

Don't be confused by a paid video post like this. They made name No Broker But actually they are big broker. They will take more than 50% amount of your service. So be careful they are tie up with some small local people to packing and moving services. If you are paying for a professional service why should you use unskilled and unprofessional people. Please avoid No Broker pay heavy amount of brokerage and direct deal with a service providers.

Dear All Viewers, Avoid to using No Broker. They are really Brokers not packers and movers. Please don't miss guided by paid post by them. They are posting fake reviews on their website. It's really bad things. They are charging a high amount to customer ad paying very small amount to packers and movers. Kindly support your local verndors and get better service at reasonable price.

Don’t you keep water bottles in fridge regularly? The door lacks space for large water bottles. This seems a concern for me. Yes we can keep it horizontally but then they should provide an added wire rack for it as they have in older versions. Also I am wondering where to put the malai pateela. It’s generally kept in freezer to avoid spoilage. But now here the bottom freezer is like drawer.

मैने शिफ्ट किया था अपना सामान। 3bhk ग्राउंड फ्लोर से other 3bhk ग्राउंड फ्लोर 800 रुपए में 2 हट्टे कट्टे मुस्टंडे लेबर पकड़ लाया बाहर से। सुबह 9 से स्टार्ट करके 4 बजे खत्म। नोट*:- चाहे लेबर 10 लगालो। करना तो तुम्हे भी पड़ेगा

They don't have proper packing materials for my 55 inch tv and marbel temple. Packer person asked us to provide 8 pillows, 4 bed sheets and two comforters to pack my tv and temple.

@@rajendrakakani4948 sir apka shift kaha se kaha tha Sir listen i am owner of a packers and movers comapany since 2003 and i know these all types of scam very well, aaj ke time me log bass kam rate milte he kisi bhi packer or hire kar lete hain...like oh it has a online page i.e iska mtlb ye to boht badiya packer ha but sir ma apko ye suggest karunga ki aap office jarur visit kara kijiye ussi se apko packer ke bare me boht kuch pata lag jaega. Baki sir jo hua ab koi baat nahi hut sir before hiring a packer must visit his office. Sir aap yakeen nahi karenge, aap ek baar bas justdail par packers and movers type kijiye and then after some time you get a number of call and shocking part is that a single person runs the multiple of diffrent names. Like first he give you 12000 rate as a xyz packer and on behalf of another abc packer he gives you 11000. So at the end they just want your goods to shift and then they add more charges. If you don't believe me sir you can check the comment sections of this video. Sir mere ko 23+ years ho gae hain iss line me so i know them very well.
