Is there any reason why one might not be absorbing it sufficiently from food?

personally i have switched from quizzlet to knowt, which can make flashcards and notes from pdfs, powerpoints, videos and more. (this is of course in their paid plan) but even with a free plan, there isnt a limit on how many times you can study flashcards and such, which there is on quizzlet.

Hi there! Which of those could be used if I want to vocalize a yoruba language text? Yoruba has three tones, and each syllable has his own tone. So in one word may be all 3 different tones. For example, in the word "yoruba": YO is middle, RU is low, BA is high. And even if Yoruba is not supported, I could use english letters and manually point a program to pronounce each syllable with the tone I want. Is that possible?

I use apple notes for a year now. Recently i noticed issues with shutting down the app during work. I have many scan documents on it and sometimes they are 200pages long. Can it be the reason of uncontrolled shutting down ?
