Everything is a rip off unless you're cooking at home 🤣 100% agree on that. The food....not gourmet at all but relative to the negative reviews I had read it was decent. Can't beat a proper chippy though 👍

Haha I was in no way comparing the taste to Manchester. Price wise however....everywhere is expensive now. That's the point I was making. This is next to Buckingham Palace aswell, tourist Central. Agree however, it is extortionate 👍

@@i-cant-think-of-a-name909 I know what point you were making, as I can only comment on the portion size. My point was Manchester portions are bigger, às they wouldn't accept that. Oddly, tourists from other countries do - must be confusion with the exchange rates. Don't take this the wrong way, but I don't think you're cut out for this. The looks (it just looked soggy, even though I heard the crunch) and the exceptionally small portion size, most people would absolutely slate it, but you don't seem the type who could say just how bad something was. I'll have to watch your other videos, though. Good luck eating English muck. You should try Greek food, mate.

Haha, I know my food. I've been cooking for a long time. I was nice about this place because I feel many people go over the top when criticizing it, so you could say I was trying to be balanced. It was not as good as a traditional fish and chips, but it was not inedible. I didn't have to spit it out like some people may have. No offence taken, however, I just thought I would explain, since you asked. Check out my hotel reviews, I am more critical in them videos 😉 Maybe I will try a Greek place out soon.

Oh, I wasn't trying to say you didn't know food. I've seen some absolute awful people - usually fat, ignorant Northerners - but you seem different (you can string sentences together and you're not nasty for nastiness sake). Not sure where you're from, but I can put you on to some fantastic Greek places in Manchester and Liverpool.

List a couple down and I will try and get to at least 1 at some point. I don't know if they will be halal though?

Fair enough. To be honest, I didn't need to test that out as the food that I ordered, despite not being gourmet and the chips being frozen, didn't taste bad. The prices, however, are, I agree with most of the commenters, a little extortionate when they are paired with a portion size like that 👍

No of course, I didn't expect you to test it out that's not what you were there for, but it's just a giant red flag that they have don't any respect for either the law, customers and have zero professional pride or dignity all they want is money. Yeah and the price speaks for itself, it goes beyond overpriced straight into pure rip off territory
