People that don't know this game just didn't watch the og dragon ball and yet consider themselves as fans of the franchise

I just recently got into the dragon ball franchise with the original series and I have been scouring around for some good Dragon Ball games. Specifically based on the first series since I don't want the other games to spoil me DBZ/Kai or DBS. This game so far looks like a good place to start. Not only is this a retelling of the original story, but it's a pretty fun and fast paced platforming beat em up game. I'm definetly going to try this game when I'm done with the series, or at least when I make it far enough to where I won't have to worry about spoilers. I kind of wish we got more Dragon Ball games that were based on the original series and not just DBZ or even DB Super. While I'm on this topic, I also wish we had more Dragon Ball games that are more than just fighting games, because I noticed how that is the most common genre for DB games. The Budokai Tenkaichi games, Xenoverse, FighterZ, etc. I wish we had at least more platformers, beat em ups, some RPGs, adventure games, etc. Heck, I would even be willing to go as far as to accept a Dragon Ball themed puzzle game. I just wish Dragon Ball could branch out from more than just fighting games. I love fighting games, don't get me wrong, but I just wish DB had more games than just fighters.
