If flashing CANNOT be eliminated, do we then design all flow systems for 2-phase flow? Also, when you say that flashing CANNOT be eliminated, do you mean that it can't be PREVENTED?

See if in any system/pipeline flashing shouldn't be there....but due to some reason it occurs so it cannot be eliminated untill it's human error! For two design flow design yes if you know you're system will experience the flashing then must be design with two phase flow

When flow is increasing u required more npsh ...of ur system don't have that much of head then cavitation will increase at high flow. So npsh available should be higher than required. It will not protect at high flow..it simply means u should have available npsh higher than this value which u have shown in curve
