if anyone is trying to do this in r26 dont put the attraction strength on -3550 just put it on something like -1 or -2

Much easier to just use a daw to record CV signals. Like for eurorack. But bounce the audio and send to the sound controllers in other fx programs as wav files. Really slow Wavs still modulate anything reading DC offset signals. Works like a charm. This is a good idea, but much more effort than that. And there's also the convineient midi to... mapping programs. like bome. send midi from the daw to modulate the mouse or do some work and have it modulate a virtual joystick into cinema 4d.
