One of my favourite mentors is Dr Brook Goldner ,,,,Goodbye lupus and all other autoimmune diseases Id really reccomend you check her out ,she cleared her lupus by plant based eating green smoothi s & omega 3 others to look at dr neal barnard , dr michael klaper dr andrew hadj , dr john mcdoughal , Irish docs doing this are dr john allman , dr alan desmond , dr des harrington also on you tube .. it appears this meat & dairy is toxic and the root of most western disease please check them out i think its for real no megabuk treatments just supermarket foods best wishes
