Great Job Where did you get the stencil of the Big Foot at

Folks....do yourselves a huge favor and stay away from the dealers. I just replaced my starter on my 20 HP Koehler Courage and I was able to locate a ton of them on Ebay for cheap!
@SLVRBCKTROOP20 сағат бұрын
That worked so well. How long did it take to get it heated to red hot? I agree that you shouldn't heat them to the point where they are red hot, but the fact that it could do that was awesome.

I got this same bench today. What a piece of flimsy junk. The fit and finish was rough at best. My delivery guy must have had my package out in the rain. The wood top was bowed and would not lay flat. Word to the wise if you use a mallet to get the joints together, you might not be able to take it apart. In addition there is a mistake in the manual. Assemble the draws first then do the top part. It backwards in the manual.

From the description of the problem to the steps to fix it, this video nails every single bit of this problem. Thank you! The pump was completely plugged with crap. Appreciate the troubleshooting trick!

My toilet is right next to my vanity. Would you think I would have trouble screwing it down?
@DIYTechnicianКүн бұрын
It should be doable as long as you can access the fastener closest to the vanity in order to secure the toilet to the floor. Hope this helps.

I'm not convinced that's the best treatment. If the bolt and metal are the same, they might fuse. Turning would damage the threads. I think I wouldn't let it get red hot, first of all. Just hot enough to thermally expand. Let it cool for a bit, but not too much. Then put in some penetrant. Maybe using something like an oscillating multitool to vibrate the metal.
@DIYTechnician2 күн бұрын
Great tips. I agree with you plus you could potentially void any thermal heat treatments the fastener has undergone for the post desired properties, whether that hardened, tempered, annealed, etc. The red hot heating shown in the video is for demo purposes to showcase some of the capabilities of the induction heater. Thanks for your input and happy holidays.

Thanks for this, was searching for a video on how to unspool the cable. I just purchased an (American Power Pull) 4-ton Cable Puller, #18650, and it is a pita to unspool. Although the mechanism to switch gears is fairly easy to understand, pulling the cable out by hand is not easy and I just wanted to know whether it was this hard and it seems that it is. I will keep it because I need it for an emergency, but in the future I will do my best to purchase ones with chains.
@DIYTechnician5 күн бұрын
Yeah this hard to pull the cable out. I found securing it to something stationary like a tree or hitch and pulling it out. Thanks for sharing your experience. Take care and happy holidays!

Thanks for this, ended up doing it and the washer started spraying again. What is odd though is my piece had nothing it, I did wash it out to make sure. I wonder if it's built to just do that cus most people won't even bother. Anyways glad it's working again.

The printer wasn't used for 6 months, in a humid and hot climate. I had blank pages, even after performing a few normal head cleaners. I read some of the comments on this post and I did one nozzle check, then head cleaning and a second nozzle check. It worked with the second nozzle check. Many thanks .

Totally missed the fact that it has a red light option if you hold down the power button while just the middle light is on. Also it has an extra bright function as well if you hold down the button again while the red light is on the light will switch back to white light but it will be extra bright until you cycle trough the modes again and turn it off.

Thanks for the video! I had a lot of gunk in mine, mostly wife hair! Just a note for anyone else watching, there is a retention clip on the electrical plug that is easy to get off with a screwdriver and a plastic retention piece on the motor that gets depressed by your thumb as you turn it. Was not shown here and really messed me up for a few minutes until I figured them out.

Mine is similar but the pump is seated and locked in. There doesn’t seem to be a way to remove it. Literally almost exactly like yours but mine is locked in somehow. I can send pic if you’d glance at what I’m working with. This video is still amazing. 😊

If you are using the tear-off bar to remove a towel, the fancy tig torches are not facing the right way to see them. Maybe the designer should include the tear-off bar into the design portion on the front...?

That's not how you change out the driver cuz the air filter box is in the way. I see one bolt that holds the headlight assembly to the frame. That's much easier to take that one bolt off and loosen the headlight assembly to replace the light and then screw it back on. The passenger side doesn't require any removing anything like the driver side does. It took me 2 minutes to change the driver side. But not by your way. But by the way I said to do it.
