I feel like if Ash and Yut Lung became friends, Ash would have never died. Yut Lung seems like he would be really devoted to someone he cares about and is very cunning. One of the main reasons Ash died is because he had no one protecting or looking after him for his whole life up until his death and never really met someone on his level like Yut Lung.
