All eating fiber does is prevent nutrition from being absorbed by your intestines. Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), simple sugars, dietary fats → the more fiber you eat, the less of all of those nutrients you will absorb. You would never tell someone who gets alcohol cravings to "honor your cravings." You would never tell someone who gets cocaine cravings to "honor your cravings." You would never tell someone who gets nicotine cravings to "honor your cravings." You would never tell someone who gets caffeine cravings to "honor your cravings." But, for some reason, you will tell people who get sugar cravings to honor those cravings. That's f•cked up. You get cravings for things you are *__ADDICTED_* to. "Honoring cravings" is just a nice way of saying "let your addiction run your life." Ladies, if you are having cravings for carbohydrates, you are addicted to sugar (carbohydrates are just groups of sugar molecules). Don't "honor" the cravings, _deal with them._ Either use a step-down method or do 100% abstinence → whichever method works for you (I couldn't handle the step-down method).

@@jessicaelias4836 girl I couldn’t agree more. That is the main reason why I share my journey. To show that we have to love our bodies and ourselves. Show up for ourselves always. Because no one can do it for us. Taking care of our bodies is a daily choice. When I fell in love with the lifestyle of working out not the results is when I started to see my body change. I don’t put pressure on myself to look a certain way or be a certain size anymore. The goal is to show up and let my body do the rest. Show up for yourself. Working out is more than body its mind and body soul. Truly it is. 💖🥹🫶🏻 I want to inspire others to show up that way for themselves and feel what I feel. We don’t need surgery. We don’t need to look a certain way to be worth it. We were born beautiful. Born worth it. This means so much to me!!! I’m so happy that you’re going to gym tomorrow. Seriously beauty you got this!!!
