I never had any exposure to soccer growing up. The only thing I knew was that the whole world plays it and soccer lovers always seemed to be suggesting that there was something wrong with us (Americans) for NOT being into it which I resented. But now that I have kids I see how great soccer is. It is exciting and a great activity for kids. I wish soccer was around when I was a kid. I would have loved it. The 1-0 scores Bubba is talking about is not indicative of kids soccer.

i was at the conference last year that he was speaking at when his son died. it was so sad. i just want to say that i am in prayer for his family. today (1-19-09) marks the one year anniversary of this tragedy God bless
