@@baswann2 hello! You can use stainless screws with marine grade material on the underside (We use King Starboard) or you can use stainless bolts with a stainless nut on the underside.

I just ordered this kit. I had high hopes for this kit.The right B pillar cover which is the only reason you would want the kit is unusable unless I can figure out some black magic to make them work. I haven't tried the other side but guessing it's similar. Pretty disappointed with the fit. I think a lot of people would be pretty pissed off spending 750 on this kit.

Hello! Not sure what you mean. We use these in every van we build, as do dozens of van builders in North America. Tens of thousands of these are installed in vans. You might need to take photos or a video showing why you are having a hard time and we can forward them to the factory for them to assist you with it!

Hi Christopher, The Northwest Conversions Mercedes Sprinter 28-Gallon Spare Tire Basket Water Tank (SP-ST-28) is designed specifically to fit the Sprinter 2500 spare tire basket. Many Sprinter 170 Extended vans come with different spare tire brackets so you'd have to confirm that you have the 2500 144" bracket before ordering, or, you'd have to buy a 144" 2500 basket from your dealership if you don't have one on your van.

Hello! No, the table does not really swing over your lap. It is limited by the 15” arm. There is a little room to swing the table itself but I would not describe it as "over your lap". Sorry!

Hi Zach! We don't have a video specifically for the window surround because upholstering is the same process for all of the parts inside any camper van; once you've learned how to upholster one part, you'll be able to do the rest without any issues.

I have the owl van works rear ladder and spare tire carrier on my ford transit - is it possible to order a set of these but have the awning window on the driver side moved over about 1-2 inches so it can clear the ladder ???

Back sliding window open with screen is the bomb for night camping sleeping with exhaust fan on roof on…sheer heaven cool breeze over your head..breathe in cool air on a hot summer ..makes it very comfortable.

Some customer feedback. Bought this from Nomadic Supply. It is excellent! Really made a huge difference in sound quality for the front end. Stock sprinter speakers are total junk. Hilariously terrible quality when you take them out and inspect them. Insane that Mercedes puts such terrible quality speakers on a $70,000 vehicle. Took about 10-days to get shipped from Germany to California. Installation was straightforward and these videos are great. There were a couple parts where the door trim removal in the video was a bit more complex than necessary (the door handle wire has a holding clip that can be moved and disconnected a few seconds. No need to feed the handle through the door. Most of the speaker replacement in the doors is for sound deadening and insulation. I added a bunch more butyl sound deadening to the interior of the doors. It was a check off item for the van conversion as well. Insulation and sound deadening the doors made a big difference in road noise as well. I recommend taking the extra time to add extra insulation to the doors than shown in the video. The sheet metal in the doors is thin and the source of lots of road lies in the cockpit area. The Jehnert system is really plug and play with Mercedes connectors. Fit and finish of the new mid/tweeter speakers looks factory. The system won’t fix everything in a van. It’s a big space and needs a subwoofer and/or rear speakers. I liked the Jehnert system so much that I’m ordering the Jehnert amp and MBUX wiring harness from Nomadic to run a self powered sub and rear speakers for 360 sound in the van. Thanks for the great install vids. Made the project easy. In terms of my install time (skilled DIYer with all the tools and third van build) the first door was about 90 minutes going slowly and cautiously to avoid breaking clips. Most of the time was in insulation and sound deadening the entire door. Second door was under an hour. The upper speakers: first one took about 45 minutes going cautiously. Second one was less than 20 minutes.

@@nomadicsupply ah okay so u drill into that plate now i see..owl vans offical mbenz sprinter accesory outfitter so now you know..was gonna order this from you but i placed order on 3/20 for 360 camera always on and cascadia hood solar panels..360 got track number and recieved in few days but as of today still recieved nothing about hood solar panels and when emailed you got response w link to frequently asked questions shipping page and response saying it will ship this week with no tracking...placed order just earlier for this tire carrier rack from master overland and recieve track number just now...trying to understand what advantage to ordering from your company if you charge extra to use a credit card and frequently asked questions says if you opt for free shipping expect delays?

Hi Cedric, The ceiling framing on this van was removed and moved to the sides of each steel rib rather than on the bottom of the rib, specifically to accommodate our Terrawagen Tidy Trim Front Interior Finishing Trim Kit for 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter Vans. Hi@@cedricbiasino952 ! We scribed them to be the exact curved size and shape of the metal frame ribs of the vehicle. They are 1" wide and were coated for waterproofing before installation, and glued in place so that no rust can form where a screw or bolt hole would have been drilled.

No water tank is designed to fit any dually camper van. You'd have to custom frame out the van to accommodate water tanks as they are specifically designed for single wheel vans.

Hi Stavros , I have trying to mount an awning to my Airstream Basecamp 20x - the F45S is one that seems a good fit. I am working w the Airstream factory shop on some improvements including beefing up the inner frame to mount this owning. But still working out the bracket details. The biggest challenge is that the sides are curved ( not like tradition models but more like a fish shape ) I you have any ideas I would appreciate it.

Hi Fred! Unfortunately you cannot use any Fiamma awning with any Airstream, there has never been a mount that works with any Fiama awning, nor any Airstream. These water tanks are health hazard, how do you clean them? Any filtered water kept in extended length of time will cause bateria to grow. How do clean the fresh water tank? I don't see any where how people clean these. The container needs open top!!!!!

Hi Andrew! No, you wouldn't install it that way as the LED strip would be upside down, and likely facing upward instead of downward. Also, the switch is typically installed in the sliding door of any van, not at the rear, so the wiring is at that end of the awning intentionally.

If you are locating a cable entry gland at the back of the van, you can weld an extension wire onto the LED strip and attach the wire to the underside of your roof rack, and run it to the back of the van where the entry gland is.@@andrewputney2418

No, no product we sell would ever have a flaw like that. The only thing you’d have to get used to with this tire carrier is that it’s visible in the 360 degree camera.

Hi, you would install the rear trim over the wall panels, so it would go on after the walls and ceiling are in place. The sliding door trim kit is installed before the wall panels on the side pieces as they have tabs that go behind the passenger side wall.

Hello! You would build the cabinet that holds the bed around the water tank in a camper van. These tanks are designed to be inside the 2 cabinets that hold up a bed, or, in the bench seats if you don’t have a bed and instead use the “dinette” style of interior layout.
