Will always the slack variables become non-basic for any simplex compatible problem once the cj - zj row <= 0? That would mean that we have the solution for all x's on the RHS and we wouldn't need to calculate the remaining x's from the f(x) value.

Can you explain why for Minimax regret, we do not take (15+18 =) 33 as the value instead. Why is 15 ignored, it could be relevant as to encapsulate two of the three types of economy. I understand in this example, mutual funds would still be optimal, but say if the mutual funds growing economy opportunity loss was 20, my question would be valid to possibly change the decision?
