You missed the minced garlic and that garnish needs to stay back in the 70's. A single sprig of parsley would have been a better choice.

BELIEVE ME FOLKS - This Stuff Is DELICIOUS !!! If You Are A Lover Of Top Fresh Seafood And Those BIGG Jumbo Scallops, You Gotta Try The CENTURY HOUSE MARINATED SEAFOOD SALAD. I'm Very Rarely In The "Restaurant" - But I Go To The Eppicurean Shoppe All The Time.....And If You Pop In At The Shop Saturday Mornings, You Might Get Lucky That This Is In The Delli Case. I Just Eat This Stuff Right Out Of The Container With A Spoon !! The Eppicurean Shoppe Also Has The Greatest Staff Working There - Past & Present. Billy Ralph Weeden.
