Looks good and yummy, but I wish you stop using fork for stirring the food in your pan, looks ridiculous, however looks the same, yummy.

This isn't right. Aburaage is supposed to be double fried, first on a lower heat and then on higher.

When you strained the tofu after the first boiling, your pieces have split down the middle. Mine didn’t do that, how did you get them to split?

The thing is nobody natural needs more than 120 grams of protein a day. I built my physique from 152lbs to 190lbs at 5 7.5". Without ever having to eat more than 120 grams a day. Muscle growth is a slow business for THE NATURAL. And most people dont even train properly to stimulate growth in the first place.

Sorry for being that Valencian. The paella looks very nice and I'm pretty sure it would be very good, but it has nothing to do with a paella, just the paella pan.
