We took a private taxi. I don't think you can take a bus, as it's literally in the middle of nowhere.

You can contact Ahmad +996 500 219 999. He was our chauffeur/guide who took us from Bishkek to Son-Kul. He's a really great person. He can also help you regarding the arrangements at the Yurt Camp.
