You just need to save it like any other file you save on your computer. And to print it, you need a printer. Print it on paper, fold it from the center and you are done.

Sorry for the late response. You can do it with the Mail Merge feature in MS Word. We have recently added a video to our channel related to this. That video is for a Certificate, but you can get help from there to use it for this ID card.

Well that yellow dot is there to help you see the mouse movement. Without that you won't be able to find the mouse cursor in video.

Adding image into an SVG doesn't work because of it is not possible to convert SVG image to shape (MS Word 2021). The submenu "Convert to Shape" converts it to an image but not a shape.

This card is designed for a paper size of 2.63 inches width x 3.88 inches height. You can print it on paper of this size using any regular printer. Alternatively, you can print it on regular A4 or LETTER size paper on both sides (using two separate sheets) and then cut them out with scissors.
