I disagree with the Rivalry of the Warlords being situational in general, it's a great floodgate in Modern, but in character decks I can agree with it being situational there.

Not sure if it's because you are trying to keep in line with the theme deck but: Call of Haunted should have been negated by phoenix. When Fortress Dragon came out thise cards should have been banished. All in all, fun to watch! Alchemy Beasts are now a thing in a certain yugioh format...

Are you guys dead set on giving him the full 17 card extra? He didn't use Mariner or Steam Healer in Season 2 and it'll unfortunately make the deck unplayable in most character deck formats and for most people. Omitting Air Neos in order to stay in line with its appearances feels slightly odd if you still include all the e hero fusions he didnt use that season. Just my thoughts, looking forward to all your future stuff all the same!
