how to disable when employee left, how to re-use the card to assign to a new hire????

Dear user, If you wish to reassign the card to another employee, you can change the cardholder's name under the Employee section. If the employee left, you can delete their user and re-use the card later.

Hi, no it does not have a motion detctor but you can connect one to the ADO controller.

I dot understand the part at "6:44 HOW TO SET READERS FOR ENTRANCE AND EXIT" - what if I have 4 door panel and regular reader to enter and exit button, what do I need to do to configure in the Alarm section? I just need the card to scan the reader to open the door...

I have a VIS-3200 Keypad that is not paired to the controller. There is no "Pair" button on the back of the keypad. How do I pair this keypad with the controller?

how do you connect a fire alarm system wire to the panel to open all doors incase of fire?

For connection of a fire alarm panel you will need a DLX panel (www.visionistech.com/en/product/network-access-control-panel-vs-axess-2dlx-version2/) and you will connect the fire alarm relay output to the alarm extention board of the DLX panel. Can I use this as my garage door opener button? How would I go about wiring it if I can being that there are only two wires on my standard garage door opener? I do not need it to light up.

Yes, as long as it has dry contacts, you will use the NO and COM wires of the exit button.

Is there a way to make it so when the door is unlocked the keypad stays green? Then red once again when locked?

Hi Cameron, you will need to connect the Brown wire of the reader to the OK terminal on the reader side of the panel and the Yellow wire of the reader to the BZ terminal on the reader side of the panel

Please I need a electric installation video, If I add power to the lock is open and the magnetic contact sensor didn't work and never close the lock. is a fail secure lock with 5 cables and I'm not able to make it work fine Regards.
