@@dikk7469 You can just download it from the gallery! Just search for user id: mlplaysthesims and you’ll find it. Then you can download it to your library, go to the lot you want to build it on and place it from there. Let me know if you need a more detailed tutorial and maybe I can record one.

When you go to your gallery, it should be in your library. You can place it from the world view or on the lot.

Dark academia is anything that focuses on the classics or the arts, and with a deadly twist. The closest to this “earthy academia” would be light academia, I think. Which is literally just dark academia but without the murder 😂

This was inspired by this tumblr post: tolkien-fantasy.tumblr.com/post/627748155428061185/new-aesthetic-idea-earthy-academia. It is very similar to light academia, but with an emphasis on plants and the earth and things like that. It's very niche. :)

Great video thanks and wondered about wheel chair access in Sims4? As the floor is raised above street level...I have taken my Mum around local malls in a wheelchair....regards Laurie

That's a great point! Unfortunately, Sims 4 doesn't really give us ramps (or wheelchairs for that matter). I have seen some simmers imitate them with roofs and other debug pieces. It's definitely worth keeping in mind for any future elevated community lots.

I love that you don't shy away from CC builds. Not enough people do them. Gotta get the kitchen for CC! Funnily enough, I just renovated this apt as a CC reno, and I love how the CC brought it to life. I'm also not a fan of create a style. The abundance of choice gives me a headache, and as an already indecisive person it makes building and decorating feel endless and not fun.

Thank you! I'm not sure why CC has such a bad rap in The Sims community. I love the ease of sharing NOCC builds, but sometimes it's just so much fun to build with CC.

Omg I’ve been looking through your videos and I still can’t believe how underrated your channel is. This is such a cool build! Just what I’ve been looking for. I normally play with very maxis match cc but I’ll let this be a one off, I need this in my game haha!

@@mayagrace_ I'm so sorry you're having problems with it. You said that you turned bb.moveobjects on before trying to place it, right? It won't place without move objects on. Let me know if it still won't work for you.

Ok YES. you summed up most of my feelings about ts3 and ts4. Like I miss create a style in THEORY but in practice I hate building in ts3 because it takes so long and the textures are off. I prefer the cartoony clay-ness of ts4. I ALSO WISH WE HAD MORE VINTAGE FURNITURE. I DO miss that about ts3 I would make cute vintagey homes but everything is too NEW looking in ts4 and I DONT mean I want grunge I want VINTAGE. Oh also these furnishings are stunning but that’s a GIVEN with your creations. 😘

I would kill for more vintage furniture. There's always CC but CC is always tricky for all the reasons I talk about. I'm still dreaming for some of those rustic/vintage Sims 3 vibes to come to TS4, but we'll see.

I love that cheese trey! I LOVE CC but I don't use it T_T Just because I... idk I am so crazy about trying to make new things come to life with the in game objects! This was amazing though! Even though I do not use cc I really enjoy watching people build with it! BUt yes! Wonderful build my friend!

I switch back and forth for that reason. I actually like the constraints of No CC builds, but sometimes I also really want to express a style, or have fun with clutter, or all the plants so I break out the CC from time to time.
