One can do it as many times as one wants, min 1, recommended to do 2, 3 is great! Some people do their twice a day practice but keep doing some of the exercises here and there to re-vitalize themselves throughout the day.

Concentration is on the breath, but your eyes are looking up towards the 3rd eye. After practicing Hong-Sau, you can shift your concentration to the feeling of peace or to the 3rd eye.
