I would encourage starting small and build up to longer periods of fasting. Also there are other methods of fasting as well. When you feel that your mind is all over the place and you feel hungry, those are the moments when you want to pray & get in the word & listen to worship music. Those things help you get in God’s presence & his presence fills you & carries you! Let me know if this is helpful.

I don’t recall God saying that in scripture. However James 2:20 says “faith without works is dead” meaning faith without action or proof that you even have faith is worthless. Faith is something that you cannot physically see now but you believe that it can happen based on what God has done in the past, what he’s doing now & what he promised he will do in the future. To know this you have to read the word & communicate to God in Prayer. To go even deeper, fasting exposes you to only depend on faith in God’s presence and provision. Singing songs is one of many expressions of worship as worship is giving yourself completely over to God. That’s a lifestyle and singing songs to God is a form of worship to God. It’s Biblical as the Children of Israel wrote and sung songs to God, David wrote and sung songs to God. It’s a biblical practice that’s should be properly observed.

I don’t disagree with you as the point is kind of directed towards a lack of faith in God. By showing how Jesus as a healer and his physical presence made people whole, our desire as believers should be that we are made whole through Christ. Even though his physical body is not here with us, his spirit is and we are able to do and witness greater works through the spirit. But when Jesus was here physically, every miracle he performed that person was made whole and completely made new instantly. This is not a dig at modern medicine and how God even can heal through that.. This is more of a dig towards people leaning more and trusting more in man than believing & trusting in God. When would you say adams timeline began ?

I believe Adam & Eve’s timeline is apart of ours, however I also believe that there is a knowledge gap prior to the existence of our timeline as well & it’s pointed out in Genesis 1:2. I also don’t think that earth’s existence is limited to 6000 years prior as well. However I haven’t studied that in depth simply because I don’t have a current interest in it. Genesis is powerful but should NOT be read in a literal sense. You have to study and dig into it to understand what I mean by my above statements. If studying is not of interest of yours then 🤷🏿‍♂️ But I welcome the conversation.

My case is that relgion in some cases is miss leading... I respect what people believe. But too your point I think conversations like this are needed. Most don't even know when Adam and eves timeline nor do religions teach it. The younger earth theory is based on their "interpretation". I get most people won't believe it was 6000 years ago. But when you ask, "well when was there timeline" they say : idk, but religion says: well we believe the flood was 3500 year ago, well why not believe Adam and eve were 6000 years. Well people will use there common sense and say that wouldn't add up too where we are today. 2nd point Matthew 17:21 why was it taken out ? If a simple verse like that is taken out, then we should ask some more questions. Like who wrote John ? Some Scrollers will debate who wrote it. Just like the Book of enoch. When they start taking out stuff like this you see there is a narrative and agenda. Then you'll get the talking point well just have faith. If that was the case we wouldn't need relgion

That’s where Prayer & studying God’s word comes into play. Free will is the ability to freely make decisions. Even as believers, we have the choice to either obey God or not. But our own motives won’t always align with God. Which is why we MUST pray and consult God. Things can happen in our lives where we’ll get angry with God over something that we really want but it does not align to God’s will & it’s not answered. If you are a believer in Christ, you have the spirit of Christ in you. Reading the Bible and studying the Bible helps with understanding God and developing wisdom. Wisdom is applied to situations and battles that God has already given you victory over. There are times when you don’t need to consult God on things because of wisdom and his spirit will literally guide you and tell you things but don’t abuse free will because you simply just want to do whatever you want to do outside of God as a believer. All of this however, is dependent on if you are a Christian. If you’re not, then none of this applies.

No hypotheticals in this…there’s evidence all around that God created the word. God gave us all the freedom of choice. This video was really targeted towards Christians but it appeared on your feed and you had the option to keep scrolling or stop and comment & you chose the latter and comment and say something just as you probably have done for other christian videos. If you and any others have the solution to make the world a better place, please be my guest and prove everyone wrong. What ideas do you have? How are you going to implement them? How will you get people to buy into it? The issue that you’re going to run into is that not everyone will choose what you want to do and then you’ll blame everyone for not agreeing with you. And that will make you feel sad, upset or maybe even angry & you will try to do everything in your power to help but the people won’t listen to you. You can go as far as to try to do it all yourself and people will still reject you. Which is why God stepped in (by the way of Jesus) and was/is still rejected. So to assume that God is just watching without stepping in or at least trying to do anything is completely asinine to say because there are people like you who reject him and people that are worse than you who keep the world in the shape that it is. We are ALL inherently evil and have no good in and contribute to the evil in some way which is why we need God to not only save us but to redeem us and this world & help us to bring light to this dark world. Now you have the choice & I’m not going to assume. But you have a choice & if you continue to reject God then you will continue to contribute to the “bad” that this world is in BUT if you choose God, then at BEST God will have mercy on your soul and you’ll be saved from the wrath of God that will be poured out.
