Yeah its been a fat minute from the last time we posted, we had a little break and there has been some scheduling complications with filming/uploading our next video which pushed it back, but in that time we have stocked up on some sabers and have a review scheduled for this Friday.

I would say no, the blade is super secure in the hilt and the blade itself is pretty well put together. This blade is significantly heavier than a standard neopixel blade so there is gonna be a little bit of wobble side to side but you really don’t notice it and it’s about as good as it’s gonna get for a dark saber.

Unfortunately there are no blade plugs I know of for this saber, probably my only gripe with this saber is not being able to display the hilt with a blade plug.

hi im new to sabers and was wondering if a 1inch diameter blade would fit in that saber as i have a 32 inch by 1 inch neopixel blade and i would save money by not having to purchase an additional blade

Proffie is technically the better board, but I would recommend the xenopixel board just because it’s significantly cheaper and only slightly less capable. For blades I always go 32 inches - 28 inches.

Yeah in the next week or so there should be a new review, we took a little bit of a break and also have a good amount of new hilts to review now. For the Ashoka sabers that will probably be my next purchase but it could be a bit with all the new ones we have to review.

Thanks, all of the sabers I have orders from ally sabers took about a 5-8 days. Once the tracking number is created dhl should text the tracking to you.

You know they have an upgraded version of these hilts now more or less they're the same but the shoto hilt is much darker than before. I think it makes them look more accurate. And they have even more sound fonts now.

So is there a setting for the side blades to be ignited a solid second after the main blade? This looks awesome but for me it all lights up together too fast

All the fonts are programmed to ignite like that, there is a way to program the xeno core to have a slower ignition but I do not know how to program xeno. I wish there were a setting that could be changed within the hilt but to get the a different ignition effect I’d probably look for other kylo ren sabers.

Hey bro just a quick question I was gonna order this exact saber from dark wolf aswell but in the RGB instead. I was wondering what box did the saber come in and what other parts came with the saber? Thanks🙂

The saber and blade come in a hard plastic case sorta like and instrument case. It comes with extra nuts and Allen wrenches as well as a USB port to put the micro SD in for customization of sound fonts, the saber also comes with the charger and an acrylic display stand. All This is what comes with Xenopixel and proffie, I have not got an RGB from them but I imagine that the only difference is it might not come with the USB to micro SD adapter.

Word of advice go for the 32" blade for the main hilt and a 24" for the shoto.

I've most of the UW/TPS collection and I prefer them over most lightsaber vendor/saber smiths, because they let you choose the hilts they sell with more options, so you can save money. Choices: complete hilt(s) with or without blades; with or without the chassis; the chassis itself, if you want the more affordable "Asteria Heart" or bit more expensive "Proffie Heart", and sometimes, just the hilt itself without any electronics or connectors. I have these version 2 hilts and also the version 1 hilts they sold 5+ years ago. They are very nice hilts, but like you said, they are chromed, so they're fingerprint magnets. With the V2, I have them as the pre-kits, since I have many extra chassis and it just made sense not to get the full kit and blades. Also prefer to reverse the buttons, so the aux are where you can use your thumbs to use them. I prefer these to the "Rebels" version they also sell, because to allow removable chassis in a curved set of hilts, they had to make them overly thick.

Yeah ultimate works and the pach store are definitely my current favorite site to buy from. It’s very nice to not buy more chassis and blades when you already have some so you can get a premium hilt for a great price.

Definitely prefer this one, both are great and the previous one that was reviewed is probably better value for the price, but this hilt is more screen accurate and has a crystal reveal as well. This saber also has a proffie core which is just a little nicer than xenopixel.

Hello, nice review. Question about buying from Zia sabers. I purchased Lukes saber from Zia 2 weeks ago and it hasnt been shipped yet and no word from them either. My order still says its processing. They have on their site sabers ship within 24hrs. If it was going to take longer at least tell me and dont lie. What was your experience with Zia?

Saber arrived 2-3 weeks from when ordered, Zia sabers along with many other custom saber sites do a very poor job at giving updates on shipping, usually they don’t email updates until after it’s delivered and instead you will receive a text message from DHL with tracking once it has shipped. If you have received nothing, I would email them because 2 weeks without an update is a little slower than usual. Another thing could be lunar new year, some sites that source sabers from china might not ship anything for the next week due to being on break, not sure if that is what’s up with Zia sabers but that could be why it hasn’t shipped. Their customer service will still be open even if they are on break.

I have the Korbanth version and well, it looks nice, but the pommel is very heavy for such a short hilt. Mine also has a problem if I take out the chassis. The connector in the hilt moves, making it difficult to put back together.

You miss the point of the shape holding it up on the hilt. It may feel wired but If you allow yourself to get used to it you would see the benefits if holding the proper grip.

The Bluetooth cannot be removed without fully reprogramming the board, so you can’t really remove it but if you go on your device and forget the saber, it should never auto connect.

If you were wondering this saber comes with a standard clear stand, charging cord, a hex wrench and extra screws, and the user manual. And all of that is shipped in a hard plastic carrying case that includes that blade.
