Bangkok real estate is extremely weird. They charge premium to own condos (Miami and other major US city prices) but rent is a fraction compared to these cities. They literally price themselves out. There's no point in buying a luxury condo for almost a Mill when you can rent luxury condos for like 1000 usd/month, which is literally rock bottom for rent in US cities while Bangkok condo purchase prices are premium.

You know in Thailand, if a girl approached me and started talking, I will think she is a working girl. So it might work against her. Even in the US I will think something is wrong. Nice that the culture is like that where girls dont mind talking first.

It’s terribly sad that millions of tourist from all over the world troupe into Thailand every year to taste and enjoy authentic Thai experience whilst Thai girls are here promoting Greek, Mediterranean and other cuisines rather than authentic Thai sea food eateries. Are they ambassadors for those establishments or something? I don’t get it. As a lover of most things Thais, stretching over two decades. I will NEVER patronise such places whilst I’m in Thailand and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone else either.
