Why do each of my 47 clean ups OSFO hats differ in size on my head though ? Like they are supposed to be the same exact size. Im over here trying to stretch this hat with water and wear. I dont know how to stretch this out any better

When it comes to dad hats vs stylish hats, are dad hats always six panels or can 5 panel hats be dad hats also if they are unstructured??
