I used to own that Melaga purple Voyager in your thumbnail and at 1:01, wish I still had it. A very rare guitar for sure. Possibly the only one in that color

Overall good effort, but probably should've done more homework. KORG own "Support" webpage is an excellent source. Also check Sound on Sound "Korg history" article. MISTAKES (in addition to what's already noted): 11. Is a photo of 2024 PS-3300FS prototype (which is not for sale btw. Maybe it will be in production in 2025?) - there was no MIDI nor USB in 1977! 45. Wrong photo 48. Wrong photo 51. Wrong caption, it's a Wavestation SR 137. Wrong photo OMISSIONS: There's whole bunch not included, like all monotrons, monotribe, microsampler, 6 volcas, 11 electribes, all kaossilators (not including kaosspads), racks of MS-2000/B, and 2024 microKorg 2!

There was one missed that was written specifically for the MT32 or in my case the LAPC1 , called Ballade sometime in the early nineties. Not very friendly for sharing files.😒

The title of this video made it sound very interesting. Unfortunately, as somebody with low vision, I wasn’t able to get anything out of it. There are lots of people who are low vision, or blind in the audio and music world. Please don’t exclude us when you put out interesting content like this. A voiceover on the video makes a world of difference for people like me.

Migrated from a hardware sequencer (Roland MC500) to Cakewalk in 1996. Never looked back, and have been using Cakewalk > Sonar > Cakewalk by Bandlab ever since.

Doctor T's KCS - keyboard control system - absolutely rocked! It really focussed on performing then triggering stuff with the computer keyboard. It turned my C64 and my Amiga Keyboards into an instrument one could jam upon. Great fun! Nowadays I'm transitioning from Ableton to Bitwig, though both are great.

The picture used for the AX60 is incorrect. You've shown a pre-production unit that was never released. The actual AX60 looks somewhat different. The picture used for the AX73 is incorrect. You've shown a screenshot of a software plugin that emulates the AX73, made by Martinic. The actual AX73 looks quite a bit different (doesn't have all those sliders).
@tectonia26053 ай бұрын
Please consider changing the pictures for the AX73 (had a much smaller control panel) and the Timbre Wolf (not an MPC, yet the worst synth ever produced and thus it should display the right gear as a warning to possible future owners).

The AKAI Miniak is essentially the same synth as the Alesis Micron but the AKAI version is a little better in its front panel controls. I own a Micron and though it is getting up there in years, that little brick of a synth still surprises me with how capable it really is. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a versatile yet inexpensive compact synth. The MPC One is the best drum machine I have ever worked with. It wasn't designed to be solely a drum machine, but I use it exclusively for drums because the interface and full range of features in the unit make it an amazing drum machine for my purposes. It is a real workhorse in my studio and I love it!

I began playing drums in 1977 with my brother David (guitar) in our street fairs clubs band silver wings ✈️ test flight. I began with drums my mother purchased for me. These were "DRUMMATE" drums. That was a line that would be related to TAMA drums. The drummate drums is what I learned on and i am very proud and grateful for. ......also 'thank you mom !. (Silver wings ✈️ test flight had a long great live playing period from 1977 to 1986) . And later i was playing on TAMA brand drums.
