I was on a golfing holiday about 30 years ago and when all the oldies got used to us 4 lads and realised we were all nice people that liked to go our and have a good time in the evening and dress up properly during the day on the golf course a couple asked if they could join us. By the end of the 10 days they were nearly all letting their hair down and coming out at night and one fella was cajoled by his wife to sing and my God he sang it like Tom Jones himself and got a huge round of applause when he'd finished and his wife was in tears. She thanked us for a wonderful golf holiday at the end as though it was us and not British Airways that had organised it 😆 Hence forth I never judge a book by its cover.

It was just a load of rain, nothing like they had in Spain

Yes Skye, Sandy & Milo usually charge over that bank and across the river which is usually just a few inches in their rush to get to the bigger fields. Skye & Sandy kept pulling to get to the bank so I just thought go on then see how far you get 😆 Oh and yes we were all fine, some homes further afield and businesses were flooded so not everyone will have a great Christmas.

Sandy is worldly wise & cat like sure footed 😉
