I too wake up at three continuously for some days. I just chant some namas or prayers for some minutes or even for an hour or so and fall asleep. My normal waking up time is between 5.30 and six.

I'm so great full i came across this video. I have been feeling these exact sensations and feelings since last year and especially when I meditate. Always knew it was something related to heart Chakra but wasn't too sure thanks for making this video.i have another query when I feel all these sensations along with that I feel like something is trying to move up/ahead towards throat Chakra. Does that mean that the awareness is moving towards throat Chakra? And second question is I concentrate on third eye Chakra while meditating then why am I feeling sensations only on heart Chakra and not on any other Chakra? Thanks in advance.

Hey there Candy. Thanks for the wonderful comment. I am glad you found the information useful. Yes it does sound like what you're describing means that the awareness is moving up and basically following the logical flow where the upper chakras start to open up after the heart chakra (not higher heart) awakens. As for why you're feeling sensations in heart chakra only while meditating with focussing on the third eye, there can be various reasons I think. It may be that the third eye chakra is not as strongly open yet being a higher chakra. Or it may be that you are more the feeling type than seeing type so that is your body's natural way of discerning energy. In the same way that some people are more prone to claircognizance than clairvoyance.

I've been practicing allowing everything inside me to be as it is and what i experience is strong physical heaviness in my chest. Sometimes a emotion may come up but it's almost like it's stuck in the heaviness and cannot get out. Is this a symptom that my heart chakra is opening?

@@smuggy8576 it is a sign of healing. I would work with discernment of what exactly the emotion & feeling is that’s there and observing it without judgement which will allow full surrender and the higher heart to eventually open up. The first stage is healing and next discernment within love and that’s when the higher heart opens one day when we learn to live there 💖 we start navigating the world by sensing through our higher heart instead of just the physical senses.

Like I explain in this video it needs to be something that also brings feelings of bliss and expansion in the same areas, for it to be an ascension symptom, otherwise I would get it checked out by a doctor, to be safe.

@ now a days I felt more peaceful even though I had pain in chest,peace with no reason,I haven’t achieved or done anything,but I feel happy and more present.end of the October was some what difficult to sit with emotional purging,starting November is kind of a shift.

i have practiced trauma release exercises for cptsd for about 8 years, ive been going through intense bouts of shaking and it felt like the energy was blocked in my chest but over the last 2 days it feels like something is shifting. I have feelings like electricity around my chest and shoulders, I feel like im not in my body and some pretty intense anxiety which I haven't had in a long time, could this be the heart chakra opening?

It could be but heart chakra openings always have an element of glorious moments too, within the challenge, and one feels like they are healing from within and moving into a lighter space inside of themselves. And regardless of what one is going through, one can always choose that. And with trust and right action, it happens. Hope this helps and that you feel better.

Thank you Shruti for the explanation. I do have flutter on my Heart chakra, as if this chakra is sometimes getting bigger, that is what is feels like. I like the way you explained the Heart chakra flutter as a fan, being just turned on. So, all the dust, etc. has to be removed. Thank you and good luck with creating more video's!

Thank you for talking about this. I was googling to figure out what was going on and now I'm here. I noticed a warmth in my chest that intensified while tears poured from my eyes and I felt unconditional love, forgiveness and peace. It lasted for hours. I wasn't trying for this, it happened the day my father died.

Yes it can absolutely. Sometimes it is not permanent, just that the heart feels the vibration of Love for a moment upon seeing someone but if we make an effort for the body to remember that essence then it grows regardless of whether that person is with us or not.

As I do more research, I'm becoming increasingly positive that whatever I'm feeling is assocaited with my heart chakra--especially with all of the words that you used that so perfectly describe the feeling: 'pressure' and 'stagnant' and 'muck'. It seems to originate from the area of my solar plexus, right under the xiphoid process, but then radiates out to my palms and kind of stays there and burns for a bit. I am clinically depressed, so I always associated the feeling with my mental illness mainly because its not a particularly pleasant feeling and the gross emotions that come with it never seem to be followed up with the feeling of bliss you describe. It's always just a bad, full, blocked feeling. I have to assume this isn't a sign of ascension, otherwise the good feelings would follow, correct?

There is no set frequency of how often but I would say once it happens in a more permanent fashion, you just know as it is like becoming a new person, a permanent change.
