*I've never heard a reviewer having so much fun.* Does anyone know which Harley riser will fit the Roadster?

I bought a 2016 heritage over a new 2024. The old one is more comfortable and planted on the highway than the new one I tried. New one is better for corners and stuff but the old one is more planted going down the highway. More like a road king than the new heritage. To each his own I guess More changed than just the looks. The new one is smaller or something. I was cramped on a new one and perfect on the old one.

Too bad he’s an idiot. You know we can just do without all the antics and get with the review. I couldn’t take more than two minutes of his idiocy.

I got a 17 street rod and I love it. My bikes my profile pic. Only “mod” I’ve done is just chop the pipes and weld down angles on em

Like the apehangers. I've my self a 100th anniversary Road King with 18" Carlini Gangster apes and 21" front wheel. Make a lot of (long distances) road trips through Europe. Have had no problems.

They’re different tools for different jobs. If you’re riding solo, fast and wanna save a few bucks get the sport glide. If you’re going any distance or just riding a lot take the road king.

i bought a 2017 Street Road several months back, i found the foot controls awful. however, i did find forward controls specifically made for the xg750a Street Rod...Tarazon

The XG750 puts out more power than the 883, get your facts straight.

By almost 20 hp at redline 8-9,000 rpm. People just fan girl the 883 cuz the classical Harley look

Replace the pads out on any Street and your brake issue will be resolved. I own a 750, suitable to my needs of around the town for fun and occassionally short motorway journeys.

I think the SportGlide lasted 2 years SwitchBack 4 years. Switchback was a small road king sport glide is a small street glide. It's looks like a baby street glide

I think the bags on the Switchback have more room inside even though the Sport glide bags are bigger

I have a street 500. And I’m a beginner. 2 weeks in. But I’m really enjoying my bike. I changed the exhaust so it sounds like a Harley and not a scooter.

I’d say a 500 is still to big for a person to learn on , get a rebel 250, a Yamaha 250 or a Suzuki 250 , even like a 300cc , u cane get them for less than $2000 then sell it after you’ve rode it for a few weeks or months

I've just bought one. A 2018 with only 2,000 k's. I will be getting the higher bars and forward controls for sure. Used to have a XLH1200 Sportster.

Just listened to this guy at the beginning of the review calling it a scooter. That’s so typical for riders who doesn’t know the market for this bike.

Could have been a good review but your laughter is stupid really. My xg500 hits 105. It gets to 80 easily and quickly for what the bike is. I mean it makes 30hp and weighs 500lbs.

You didn't mention that you can strip down the Heritage to make it more of a cruiser then a light tourer. It's like you get 2 bikes in one. You can't do that on a road king. It just wouldn't look right.

lol.. they look "so Familiar"?? Really, there might not be anything (including huge differences in tires) similar in looks other than maybe the transmission.. You didn't mention the Rubber mounted engine vs Solid mount either.. The Fatter tires on the Heritage will hurt your HP and fuel mileage by a small amount too. I'm on the shorter and lighter side of most all riders and I still chose the Road King over the Heritage. Seems to me the Heritage is way over priced,

Your laugh "screams" ridicule and contempt for the Harley-as If it were a Fisher-Price or a "Playskool" toy. You show the childish attitude of some punk-@$$ 20 year old-who thinks he's invincible/impervious to pain or stupidity loaded with ignorance. Doug😵

I've owned both a RK and a Heritage, and if all you are doing is stright highway distance the RK has the edge, but not by much. Overall the Heritage is the better handling bike for most riders. I found the top heaviness of my RK to be an annoyance. It took more effort to make it handle compared to the Heritage. Both are great bikes, but for me the winner is the Heritage, and it is a myth that a Heritage is not a solid touring bike. If you are 6'2" and under advantage Heritage. If you are over 6'2' and/or a heavy, big guy then that is where the RK wins. But even as a big guy, with the correct shock settings the Heritage will be just fine, and because of its power to weight advantage actually does a better job at carrying a larger rider.
