@@oksanabalashova3151 Once you’ve done the job long enough without gloves your hands adapt to it. I only use gloves for handling chemicals that require it

@@JoyceB-qv9xq It’s single ply, if I use any less it breaks up and leaves debris everywhere. Better to use too much than to have little pieces end up in someone’s food

Don't the containers remain wet if you stack them before they dry?

They still dry naturally just not as quick. I try to shake off excess moisture when they come out of the machine to speed up the natural drying process. By the end of the shift they're usually fully dry, if not I unstack them and let them air dry separately.

It's used to let the servers know a table's food is ready, but it gets covered in flour over a while so it comes to me for cleaning every so often
