I have a few questions about your set up. 1. Do you inflate the boat at the water or do you transport it inflated. 2. Is it best to inflate, launch and then attach motor. 3. is your floor a single piece of wood straight or does is fold in half with hinges for storage? Thanks.

1.I partially inflate the boat at home, then I fold the front back in the bed of my pick up truck. I have a small wireless air pump that I use on site to finish inflating the chambers.2. I’m not sure what’s best recommended but I make sure it’s fully inflated before mounting the trolling motor, I leave the trolling motor mount in place and that’s about 10-20lbs.3. My floor is a single deck of wood. I can fit it in my truck no problem.

Great video! I am really looking into this boat. How long does your battery last on a full charge?
@NatTac
@NatTac 6 ай бұрын
About 4 hours. It depends on how hard you run the motor

@@NatTac Wow. That's plenty. One last question. Love the floor idea! Do you mind sharing how you made that? A video would be cool.

Hi! That looks great! Im wondering what type of motors that are suitable? I just get the Intex electric motor as suggestion from amazon. I would prefer a gas-driven of course.

I don’t know of any gas motors small enough to run on this. The more weight the more sag to have at the back of the boat. You can get a bigger lb minn kota trolling motor

Nice. I used a 1/2" 4x8 sheet of pt plywood. We hit some CHOP on the test run, I was impressed with it stood the test! Carpeted it along with a carpeted console box to store everything. Up next, bimini top. I received an inferior model though.. mine doesn't have solid oar mounts like that, but swivel rings instead.. they're lame.

What kind of wood for flooring? Particle board with carpet?
@NatTac
@NatTac Жыл бұрын
I used plain sheet wood planks and found some outdoor carpet at Lowe’s. Chose not to use particle board because it expands quite a bit when wet

hell yeah brother. question, how do you think this will hold up in a big river/bay for fishing? i bought this and it should be arriving soon, bought an anchor as well to go along with it. figured it would be a cheap way to go fishing, but not sure if bay/river waters would be too much for it
@NatTac

It’ll do just fine on a calm river. I wouldn’t recommend using it on a really windy day unless you like paddling and need an arm workout. I wouldn’t recommend using it in a bay, the wake from other larger vessels may make things rough

Not mag related failure at all
@bubbatime
@bubbatime 2 жыл бұрын
That failure is an out of battery firing. Any out of battery firings will direct the gas down and blow the magazine follower off. Could be magazine related, but probably just a piece of junk gun that needs to go back for repair.
