What do you think Richardson needs to work on to up her level and be more consistent?

I think it is a mental focus issue with sha’carri Richardson. She has outstanding cadance/leg speed is one of the best sprinter. But unfortunately now she’s coming up against the best in the world she is “in her own head”. Hopefully her team will get her the support she needs to fulfil her potential
