Warum so eine mega geile high end Maschine und "nur" so ne 0815 Mühle ? Mühle sollte immer vor Maschine stehen, auch wenn es die meisten nicht glauben. Da gehört ne Titus, oder Weber WW EG-1, oder Monolith, etc. dazu ...

Weber etc. alles Müll im Gegensatz zu Titus. Bei mir steht aktuell eine Nimbus und das ist absolute Endstufe. Meine eureka darf nicht mal mehr in die Nähe meiner speedster 😂

Jap, genau. Ein Opel Corsa bringt dich auch von A nach B, so wie das ein Mercedes E63 AMG macht.

@@abc-cl3rb Ich versteh schon was du meinst 😊. Muss man halt schon nen Café-Liebhaber sein und das nötige Kleingeld übrig haben. Denke der Geschmackssinn muss sich auch erstmal in diese Richtung entwickeln. Wenn man jetzt jemandem, der 4€ Lidl-Wein trinkt einen Wein für 100€ einschüttet, wird er das wahrscheinlich nichtmal merken. 😉

Wonderful video and great machine. Question. Why did you pick this over a La Marzocco GS3 MP which is cheaper than this and offers flow profiling?

hi there, nice video friend! I used to pair mazzer mini b + kvdw speedster around 2019, but now i use kafatek mc4 to pair w/ my speedster. Pairing kafatek mc4 w/ speedster is an absolute joy for me, the shots quality is far beyond the mazzer. Cheers from JP!

I remember the long grinding times of the Mazzer Mini. One of the reasons I upgraded to the Eureka Atom 75. Now it takes less than 4 sec for 14 gr. of espresso grind. With a lot less noise as well. And that is the reason my wife loves the Eureka. Do love the looks of the Speedster though 👍🏻

Mazzer Mini (both A and B) is a very capable basic grinder. I had one of the best doppios this year from my favourite barman/barista using B variant + Rancilio Classe 7. However, I definitely agree with those calling for grinder update. An espresso machine as advanced as this begs for something like Macap M7D or Fiorenzato F83E or Mahlkonig Peak or Anfim SPII to name just a few. True, milk frothing was also far from perfect and same can be said about pouring.

Just use a K30 job done a much better grinder ..... I love mine.. Also when you are putting the porta filter back on the machine do it carefully as when you put it on with a clunk you actually loosen the coffee puck in the porta filter basket so makes the tamp pointless.

nice video and machine :) i have a La Marzocco and a Mazzer Mini. some months ago changed grinder to Baratza Sette. yes, it costs less than a Mazzer but the quality in the cup is higher, at least for me. check it out, too ;)

Does the sette still work? I heard it breaks quite easily with all its plastic components
